Sometimes a doll just needs a little accessory to give them that something extra special. Here is a collection of doll accessory tutorials that could prove to be that much needed extra detail.

BJD Magazine shared a simple but gorgeous tutorial to make a Marie Antoinette style hat using cardboard and fabric. Click the link to check it out.
Cynthia Treen shared a fun tutorial to make a miniature felt umbrella on the Crafts Department blog, on the Martha Stewart site. The umbrella is shown with a frog softie but would also look great with a cloth doll.
Martha Boers shared a tutorial on her BJD doll website, Antique Lilac showing how to make a pair of gladiator boots for a doll.
Doll Furniture
Make a doll bed as the perfect accessory for a sleeping beauty or even for a toy doll bed for a child with a bed making tutorial from Ana White.
Use some twigs to make these adorable mini chairs with a tutorial from One Inch World.
Sharon Mitchell shared a tutorial to make a large travelling trunk for your doll on her blog, SFM Cloth Dolls with Attitude. Scroll down the page after clicking the link to see the trunk making tutorial.
Animal Companions

Oh my gosh that little "King Frog" with umbrella is the cutest thing. Indeed, the addition of the umbrella adds character and a huge degree of cuteness to the doll. What great ideas.
