I know that many of you have been patiently waiting for the arrival of my latest pattern, Give Us a Kiss and the wait is finally over! The pattern in now available from my Etsy shop.
Royal Mail is still striking here in England with further strikes anticipated. So there is every chance that patterns ordered from my Etsy shop may be considerably delayed.
The happy news:
I have number of fabulous suppliers and as I've sent my overseas suppliers the patterns via courier, there should be no delay in receiving your patterns if you order from one of my suppliers if you live outside the UK. These suppliers should be receiving the patterns any day now so check their websites for availability.

Happy news if you live in the UK:
My UK suppliers are offering some specials to make the Royal Mail strike less painful.
Jan Horrox Cloth Dolls - will send all orders totalling over £20 by Special or Recorded Delivery
Cassie Rafferty - I hear a rumour that if you order the pattern of Give Us a Kiss, you may get a discount on any supplies you order.
Still more happy news:
I finished two more versions of Give Us a Kiss so you can see her made up in various colour-ways.
This one I made in the more traditional red and green.
I love this funky, non-traditional Christmas fabric that I bought at the Marsh Storein Ilderton, Ontario.
More happy news:
Give Us a Kiss is featured in the latest (January 2010) Soft Doll And Animals magazine in the Winter Wonders section and she will be in a Christmas exhibit at the new home of the National Needlework Archive which open November 3rd near Newbury, Berkshire.
See, there was way more good news than bad. Isn't that the best news of all?
