This friendly little scarecrow can be made in 2-4 hours and would make a great decoration.

Make a ribbon witch with this free tutorial.  The tutorial calls for a porcelain head and hands but your could easily substitute a cloth head and hands, like thisfree witch head pattern from Mary Tressler.
